The Aviv Initiative is a pilot program developed by graduates of the Masa Global Leadership Summit November, 2015. The Global Leadership Summit provided the Aviv Initiative with adaptive leadership skills that encouraged them to lead from the inside, out. The pilot program provides a platform to inspire young Jewish leaders from the Global Leadership Summit March, 2016 to take action in social change.
Participants of the Aviv Initiative will explore the challenges and opportunities of refugees, and the greater community of South Tel Aviv, Israel. The pilot program has partnered with an Uncharted School that is experiencing a specific adaptive challenge. Participants will gather data, interpret data, and develop a prototype for change in the Uncharted School.
